This Software License Agreement governs the use of the GPS TrackMaker® (Free Version) software, developed and exclusively owned by Geo Studio Technology Ltd. By installing or using the Software, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

1. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. All copyrights, intellectual property rights, and other rights in and to the Software are the exclusive property of Geo Studio Technology Ltd. GPS TrackMaker® is a registered trademark of Geo Studio.

2. License Grant

Geo Studio grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Free Version of the Software for both non-commercial and commercial purposes, subject to the limitations set forth in this Agreement.

This license allows installation and use of the Software on one computer per user, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software;
• Create derivative works based on the Software;
• Sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or redistribute the Software without Geo Studio’s prior written permission;
• Remove or alter any copyright or trademark notices;
• Use the Software to develop competing products.

Unauthorized use will result in automatic termination of this license.

4. Distribution

The Free Version of GPS TrackMaker® may be freely distributed, provided that:

• It is distributed in its original, unmodified form;
• No fee is charged for the Software itself;
• This Agreement is included with the distribution.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided “AS IS”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to: fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of geographic data, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. You assume all risks arising out of the use of the Software.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Geo Studio Technology Ltd. shall not be liable for any damages, including, but not limited to: data loss, damage to computers or equipment, financial losses, business interruption, and any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from the use of or inability to use the Software.

7. Termination

This license remains effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Software and delete all copies in your possession or control.

8. Updates and Changes

Geo Studio reserves the right to modify the Software and this Agreement at any time. Future versions of the Software may include different features, limitations, or licensing terms.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising from this Agreement.
